What this actually is
Observances differ by faith, by community and by household, and the days they fall on are fixed. Opening a Last Journey case lays out the whole calendar — day 0, 3, 4, 10, 13 for a Hindu family, and the equivalents for Sikh, Muslim, Christian and Parsi observance — so nothing is remembered too late.
How long it takes
Across the first 13 days, and the annual observance thereafter
What is included
- The rite calendar generated for your faith at the moment the case opens
- Priest, officiant and vendor arrangement
- Materials, venue and catering coordination
- Reminders to the family ahead of each observance
What is not
- Officiants’ fees and offerings, paid directly by the family
- Rites we cannot staff in your city, which are declined rather than improvised
