The commitment

What is included
- Mobility support: walking, transfers, stairs, bathroom assistance
- Medication reminders against the schedule on file
- Conversation, reading, walks and accompaniment

What is not
- Clinical procedures — injections, catheters and wound care require the nursing tier
- Lifting a person unaided where a hoist is clinically indicated
- Overnight sole responsibility unless the shift is booked as a night shift
