Intake completes in 30 seconds. An unacknowledged emergency escalates within 60 seconds and climbs four rungs to the clinical lead.

What this actually is

A line that a person picks up. Registered numbers skip the IVR entirely and reach a coordinator who already has the household on screen — the address, the beneficiary’s conditions, the treating doctor and the emergency contacts — so nobody has to explain the situation from the beginning while it is happening.
