The commitment

Call intake completes in 30 seconds. A stalled primary vehicle is replaced by the queued backup automatically.

What this actually is

The failure mode in an emergency is not that no ambulance exists — it is that the one you called is stuck and nobody told you. A second vehicle is requested at the same time as the first, and if the primary stalls we switch to it without waiting for you to ask.

What is included

  • Vehicle class matched to the situation: patient transport, basic or advanced life support
  • A redundant backup vehicle queued in parallel with the primary
  • Live GPS tracking broadcast to up to five family contacts, including overseas numbers
  • Hospital pre-alerted with the patient’s ER brief before arrival
  • The coordinator stays on the line until the handover is complete

What is not

  • The ambulance operator’s own fee, billed at cost with the receipt
  • Hospital charges of any kind
  • Air ambulance, which is brokered case by case
