What this actually is

A coordinator takes over the logistics — the vendors, the venue, the timings, the people who need telling — so the family can be present rather than administrative. Nothing is arranged without your confirmation, and the cost of every third party is shown to you before it is committed.

What is included

  • A named coordinator who takes the calls from the first hour
  • Venue, vendor and timing arrangements confirmed with you before booking
  • Coordination with the crematorium or burial ground
  • Notification of the wider family and community on your instruction
  • A single itemised account at the end rather than a dozen separate ones

What is not

  • Third-party vendor charges, all billed at cost with the coordination fee stated separately
